Hero Factory: The Dark Universe

The door of the transport opened and Stormer was the first to jump out, followed by Furno, Breez, and finally Surge. The sandy floor of the planet was deserted. They had landed in the mining center. The team looked around. “This is weird,” said Surge.
Stormer motioned for him to be quiet. There was a sound behind them like a helicopter. The team turned around to see Rotor, an evil thief that was wanted on almost every planet. “Hey, heroes!” he shouted from where he flew above them. “I brought you a treat!”
Laughing, he began to shoot at them. The heroes ran for cover, Furno following Stormer behind a huge boulder and Surge following Breez behind some mining equipment. “If Rotor is here,” said Stormer, “You can bet that Xplode won’t be far behind.”
“Heads up, Stormer!” yelled a voice from behind the two heroes.
They looked back and saw a huge, red brute behind them pointing a gun at Stormer’s head. The heroes jumped away from the boulder as Xplode’s shot hit the rock and blew it into pieces. Furno and Stormer began firing at Xplode. “You can’t hit me heroes!” yelled Xplode. “When I finish you off, the explosives at this mine will belong to me.”
“Not if I can help it!” yelled Breez, popping up behind Xplode.
She shot him in the back and he cried out in pain. “Stupid hero!” yelled Xplode.
He ran away from the heroes and hopped onto his ship. Xplode started the engines and flew out of sight. “Don’t leave me here!” yelled Rotor.
Surge had now joined the rest of the heroes and they all aimed their weapons at Rotor. “Don’t move,” shouted Breez.
“Go herocuff him, kid,” said Stormer, talking to Furno.
Furno stepped forward and Rotor’s blades started spinning. “Don’t think about flying off,” said Surge.
“Why would I want to do that?” laughed Rotor.
Furno lunged forward trying to herocuff the villain. Rotor jumped back. Furno tried again. Rotor jumped back again. Furno lunged at the villain and tackled him. He tried to herocuff him but Stormer pushed Furno out of the way as Rotor pulled out a small weapon and shot at the two heroes. He laughed and flew away. “What were you thinking!” yelled Furno. “I saw the weapon!”
“I couldn’t risk it, kid,” said Stormer.

Hero Factory 2.0: Breez

Now we take a look at Breez 2.0. This is my 3rd favorite 2.0 hero set. I love the new chest piece. Te new body build is unique but lacks strength from on the back. The hands now have four fingers which I like although I liked the ones with three finger just as much. Her new weapon is cool. Now I'll talk about the new helmet which is usually the part of the set I most look forward to. I personally love her helmet. There's no words to describe how much I like her helmet. The new design for the helmets is good too but i like the old ones better. I wish that the helmets fro the 2.0 sets looked the same but the two parts were connect so that they'd fit on the old iron man heads. What do you think of this set?

Hero Factory: The Dark Universe Part 2

Furno ran down the flight deck. He was going to be late for his training session with Stormer! He got onto the flight deck just in time to board the ship that would take him and Stormer into space. “You were almost late kid,” said Stormer.
“Sorry, sir,” said Furno. “I lost track of time while I was in the training sphere.”
Stormer grunted and turned to the controls. “Let’s get going,” he said.
“Hey, Furno,” said Surge.
Surge and Breez would be coming on this training mission with Furno also. Furno said hi and got into his seat. “Where are we going sir?” asked Breez.
“You’ll see,” said Stormer.
They flew through space at an amazing speed. Furno looked through the window watching asteroids fly by. Suddenly, they got a call from Zib. “What is it, Zib?” asked Stormer.
“We just got a stress call from Nerak 9,” said Zib. “You and your team are the only ones close enough to get there in time.”
“I don’t have a team with me,” said Stormer, “just some rookies.”
“Go, now,” said Zib sternly.
“I know, I’m going,” said Stormer.
He steered the transport toward Nerak 9. “OK, rookies. Listen to me.” said Stormer. “You listen to everything I tell you when we get down there, OK? It could be a simple robbery and it could not be.”
“Got it, sir,” echoed the three rookies.”
Stormer drove the transport through the atmosphere and landed it softly in the dust.

Forum Page

I have created a forum page where everyone can discuss Hero Factory. Please take a look at it.

Gresh96

P.S. If you don't know where to find the page, it's right under the big letters spelling HERO FACTORY. It's next to Furno's Diary and Hero Factory: The Dark Universe. Also on Furno's Diary Page, you can now comment.

Hero Factory 2.0: The Fire Lord

I’ve done 3 heroes so now its time to look at the villainiest of villains for the first part of 2011. This is the Fire Lord. I love his weapon. The Furno sword/Onua Shield weapon. His lava ball blaster is cool. His feet I’m not so sure about. They look kind of weak. His head is cool and his helmet is the reverse of Drilldozer’s helmet. I like the red horns coming out of his head. His lava armor is cool also. The legs and arms look strong and the flames coming out of his shoulders add a nice touch. What do you think of this set?

Hero Factory: The Dark Universe Page

I have made a new page that will be updated every time I post a new part to the story. The parts will still be posted on the home page so you can comment. As I have said many times, the parts are posted on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Furno's Diary

I have made a new page called Furno's Diary. It will be updaed every day so keep checking back. This is where you can comment on it. Tell me what you think. EDIT!!! You can now comment on the page itself.

Hero Factory 2.0 on Lego Shop at Home

Hero Factory 2.0 sets are now on the Lego Shop website. Go check them out. http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Leaf.aspx?cn=635&d=70 I think the only place you can buy them in stores right now is at Toys R Us but I don’t know about the Lego stores.

Hero Factory 2.0: Furno

Now we move to Furno 2.0. This set is OK. There are a few really bad things about it though. First the helmet looks horrible I really don't like the binoculars. Second, the legs are not symetrical. If you look at the armor, you'll see that on the legs, there is a short armor and then a long armor on the left leg and a long armor then a short one on the right leg. I really like his weapon though. This set also is one of the only sets that the name plate looks good on. What do you think of it?

Hero Factory 2.0: Surge

Surge 2.0 is my other favorite Hero Factory 2.0 set. I love his helmet and his sniper rifle is really cool although it looks like it will cause some articualtion problems with it having to be held with two hands. Again I don't like the armor part with his name on it and the green spike sticking out of one shoulder would look better if there was another one sticking out of the other shoulder. The new feet are pretty cool. The new hero cores look good but I liked the old ones too. What do you think of this set?

Hero Factory: The Dark Universe Part 1

In a dark corner of the universe, an ancient evil awoke. The evil being had been asleep for nearly a thousand years on his distant planet of Vizon. The being, Zoron strode through a hall and sat on his throne. He lived in a giant castle, nestled in a deep valley. Zoron snapped his fingers and another being entered. “Razor,” said Zoron. “I have a mission for you.”
“I am glad to see you back, my lord,” said Razor. “You have been asleep for a long time. What is your command?”
“Find me the three most evil bots in the universe,” said Zoron, “and bring them to me.”
“Yes, my lord,” said Razor. “I think I know just who you want.”
Razor left the room. Zoron called in another bot. He scuttled in and stood in front of Zoron. “What is it you want, my lord?” asked the bot.
“Information,” said Zoron. “Do you know of anyone who would try to stop our plans to rule the universe, Acidon?”
“Yes, my lord,” said Acidon. “The Hero Factory.”
“Who is the Hero Factory?” asked Zoron.
“They make robots and give them high tech armor and weapons,” answered Acidon. “They protect the universe from evil.”
“Is there any way to bring them down?” asked Zoron.
“The only way to bring them down would be to destroy there finest heroes.”
“Then that is what we will do,” said Zoron, his loud and evil laugh echoing through the castle.

Hero Factory 2.0: Stormer

Stormer 2.0 is my favorite Hero Factory 2.0 Hero set along with Surge 2.0. First of all, I love his helmet. His weapon is very cool too and the vastus tube in blue is amazing. the new chest armor design is very cool. The armor piece with Stormer's name on it is the only part of the set I don't like very much. I don't have any feelings about the new hand pieces with four fingers instead of 3. Tell me what you think of this set.

Bionicle to Hero Factory

My first blog, bionicleglatorian.blogspot.com was a great success. When I learned that the Bionicle sets were ending, I was really angry. Now I've given up my protest and have started buying the Hero Factory sets. Beside the fact that they're not Bionicle, I like them a lot. Now that I've moved to Hero Factory, I will stop posting on my Bionicle blog until the hoped for time, that Bionicle begins again. Everyone who followed my first blog, please follow this blog and check back every day for new posts.
