My Model of a Different Skrall Sword

This is model of a Skrall Sword that I made in Blender. It's different then a normal Skrall sword because I made it up. It didn't turn out as good as I had hoped but here it is anyway.

Some More News

Well, there hasn't been much news in a while and I haven't posted anything for a really long time. Well there is finally some news. The Ordeal of Fire episodes will air I believ eon April 16th. Check BZPower fro the times and everything. The biggest news though is Hero Recon Team is set to launch on April 4th, only a few days away. (No this is not an April Fools joke.) The Heroes you build will be available to buy for the price of $12.99. A little bit pricy I think, but we'll have to wait and see what we can do with the program. Gresh96

BIONICLE MOVIE

So maybe a lot of you have heard about the group known as BIONICLE: THE NEXT GENERATION. Well, if you haven't, it's a group of BZPower members creating animated films of the BIONICLE story. Well, I had a similar idea. I want to finish the BIONICLE the story the way it should've ended. Many of you may have seen the story for what would've been the 5th BIONICLE movie. That is the first movie I want to make. I have been learning to use the free animation program Blender 3D. I have started writing the script for the movie. I'm wondering if there is anyone who would like to join me in my project. There are many spots to fill. If you are a skilled animator, drawer, designer, vocal actor, or you just want to help, shoot me an email at gresh96@ yahoo.com.Tell me how you want to help. Now if you are just starting with animation on Blender 3D there is a very good wikibook called Blender: Noob to Pro. Use this and you will become a master animator. I have to admit though, I'm not very good at animating yet but I'm wokring hard and hope to get good enough to create Bionicle characters soon.

Hero Factory 3.0: Stormer, Rocka, Nex, and Furno

Let's start with Stormer. I'm just going to say right now I love his helmet! On his non-weapon arm, i looks like he has a ne shoulder armor. He too has the transparent green armor piece showing his animal theme which I think is a rhino or something. Stormer is probably one of my favorite heroes of the 3.0s. He has 31 pieces. Rocka is very unique because he has gold armor. His theme is a lion. His helmet isn't my favorite but I don't hate it. Again, he has a claw weapon but waht is very unique about this set is the white hero core and gray iron man head. He has 30 pieces. Nex is another very, very cool set. Still, mostly the same colors from the 2.0 sets but now has grey instead of white in his color scheme. It looks like he has pretty much the same weapon as Rocka. His helmet is another on that I really like. I believe his animal theme is a Saber-Tooth Tiger or something. The colors on him go well together. He has 29 pieces I think. Furno 3.0 is a bit different from the other heroes in this set because he doesn't have a claw weapon. His animal theme is, I believe, an eagle. Good color scheme but tha lack of armor on his thighs is a bit annoying. Maybe it looks better without the armor but I'll have to wait to get the set to see. Very cool looking helmet from the side but since I haven't seen a shot from the front, I can't say if I like it. Furno is another set on my favorite list. I think he has about 28 or 29 pieces. Now we can look at the new canisters. If these are pretty much what they're going to look like, I'm very happy. I like the lime green lid. The Hero Factroy simbol on theright side of them changes color on each hero. The pictures are good. Again it show that we will have codes for the Hero Pad. Tell me what you guys think. Next I'll cover the 3 villains, Waspix, Raw-Jaw, and Fangz.

Hero Factory 3.0: Stringer and Bulk

Stringer and Bulk come back, both looking very cool. They probably have around 30 pieces. I love both of there helmets but the weapons are kind of weak this summer, being just claws. They are each priced at $7.99. I like bulk being in a darkish silver. Stringer having a mix of black and yellow is nice. Stringer seems to be a bear theme while Bulk seems to be a wolf. Every hero has a green piece on his arm or leg with picture of what animal they represent. It’s a nice touch to have and I like it better then the name plate on the 2.0s. There are many new piece, the weapons and the helmets are new. There are also many recolored pieces. What do you think of these 2 sets? Hopefully I’ll have more pics of every set soon. BIG NEWS!!! 3.0 PICS!!!

This pic is from the Toy Fair in Germany. It shows Rocka 3.0, the Witch Doctor, and the Nex-Stringer combo. I love how the Witch Doctor looks. Rocka looks to be gold. Hopefully we'll have more pics soon.

Better Hero Factory 3.0 Pics

The 3.0 sets were realeased into the game but after being discovered taken down. These pics show the helmets much better, showing that the Hero Factory 3.0 Heroes are animal realted, Rocka - a lion, Furno-an bird, Stringer - a bear, Bulk - a wolf, etc. It looks like Rocka might have a white core.

Hero Factory 3.0

Leaked images have shown pics of the summer 2011 Hero Factory 3.0 sets. Stringer and Bulk are back and Breez and Surge and Evo are gone. Evo is replaced by Rocka 3.0. The New villain is the Witch Doctor and the story is set on what seems to be a jungle planet. It looks like the Hero's helmets mught be back to the glatorian head. I'm totaly psyched about these new sets and can't wait for Toy Fair, which is opening on February 13th, to reveal better pics of them. It doesn't look like there will be any vehicles.
